Ningbo Xikou Hemei Plastic Co., Ltd. is a private manufacturer specialising in PU, PA, PE and TPEE tubing, fittings and pneumatic elements. We run our own extrusion lines and build our own tooling.

01 / Who we are

A specialised tube maker, not a general trader.

Hemei was established in December 2006 in Xikou, Fenghua District, Ningbo — in the Yangtze River Delta, close to Beilun Port and Ningbo Lishe International Airport. From the start the company has focused on one thing: developing and manufacturing plastic tubing and pneumatic products.

Our tube goes into pneumatic tools, factory automation and assembly lines, pressure-bearing pipelines, and craft and gardening applications. Sizing is made to order — we extrude outer diameters from roughly 2 mm to 30 mm, in seven stock colours or a custom colour for pipeline identification.

Two brands sit on top of the same production: CROSS®, our premium line, and DONGLING®, our economy line.

02 / How we're built

Vertically integrated, from tooling to finished reel.

The parts of the process that decide tube quality — the forming tooling and the extrusion itself — stay in-house.

Own extrusion lines

Multiple extrusion lines running PU, PA, PE and TPEE. Wall thickness, hardness and colour are controlled in-house rather than bought in.

Own moulds & patents

Six patents covering PU-tube forming moulds and processing equipment — the reason we can hold tolerance across sizes and hold it consistently.

Recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise (2023) and listed among National Technology-Based SMEs (2025).

Made to order

Custom OD/ID, hardness, colour and reel length. From standard air hose to flame-retardant, anti-static and food-grade specialty lines.
